While conventional wisdom would dictate that U.S. Rep. Michael Waltz is a shoo-in to return to Congress next year, it’s anything but certain what geographies he would represent.
That’s because of a looming showdown between the Florida House and Senate and Gov. Ron DeSantis, who all have different ideas on how to chisel the state into 28 equally portioned districts. Within that tension, which must get resolved in some fashion by the Legislative Session’s end March 11, there are burning questions.
