For the first time, Tallahassee could be split into three state House districts, lumping Democratic-leaning precincts around Florida State University and northeast Tallahassee with coastal Republican counties of Gulf, Franklin and Wakulla.
That’s according to the Florida House of Representatives’ first redistricting proposals released this week.
